I’ve been lucky enough to live in some pretty amazing places. Paris, London, Scotland. Just to name a few (sigh with pinky in the air). Truthfully, I feel pretty lucky. Whether you believe luck has a play or not.
Unlike at home, London was this place where every day was a challenge, a career in a way. There is no buying food in bulk. There was no quick hop to anywhere by car. There was the subway, black cabs and oh yeah – my legs (FitBit heaven)! London was about daily visits to the grocery marts and getting what you needed for that day. It was traveling to nearby cities or hopping on the Chunnel for a quick visit to Paris. Each day held the promise of another intoxicatingly adventurous day.
