So, I am seeing a naturopath who’s going to get me all in balance and she told me I have to, for sure, stay away from gluten and corn and soy and dairy and, and, and, and…. I am doing all this allergy testing, etc.
First thing she is making me do is a 10 day detox in a week. The first thing I looked at was – can i have wine? How about coffee? Maybe almond milk lattes? Well, of course not. I mean, if I can at least have a glass of red wine at the end of the day or coffee at the start – I’m good. I eat pretty clean anyway. But I can’t have my delicious red wine or aroma filled coffee for 10 long days. So, at the risk of sounding like an winacoffeeholic, I would have to say – wine and coffee – are the hardest thing I’d ever have to give up. God grant me the strength….
